On May 21 & 22, 2014, Offshore Energy Research Association (OERA), in partnership with the Nova Scotia Department of Energy, hosted the 2014 Nova Scotia Energy R&D Conference at the Halifax World Trade and Convention Centre in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Capitalizing on the success of 2012 conference that demonstrated increased student participation and record delegate registration and participation; the 2014 conference brought delegates from industry, academia and government together to discuss the most significant energy related research projects and address critical concerns found within a wide range of vibrant energy sector topics.
The Nova Scotia Energy R&D Conference is one of the most recognized and well attended energy conferences in the country, attracting over 350 delegates from across Canada and internationally. The conference program highlights the keynote speakers, topics for the plenary sessions, showcases the session speakers and highlights the noteworthy details of the conference for each of the three search areas including Tidal Energy, Offshore and Onshore Oil and Gas and Alternative Sustainable & Renewable Energy.
