Start Date:      January 2014

End Date:       December 2014

An offshore area located in the southeast of the Nova Scotia will be called for bid end of 2014. This area is drilled by one well, TantallonM41, and is located to the west of the Laurentian sub-basin.
The Laurentian sub-basin project aims at assessing the petroleum system of the bidding block and surrounding areas. It includes the following activities detailed in this atlas; Data base building and QC; Seismic interpretation and mapping; Biostratigraphy carried out with RPS; Stratigraphy; Petrophysicalwell interpretation; Gross Depositional Environment (GDE) mapping; Geochemistry analyses carried out by GSC; 1D modeling @ 10 locations; 2D modeling along 4 transects and including depth, heat flows and source-rocks scenarii.
